This site belongs to Vera Teixeira, a real estate broker, and presents Cyrela developments that she handles. It is not the official channel of Cyrela or of the developer of each development. By browsing, signing up for the private list or sending a form, you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the Cookie Policy, which are part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who is responsible for the site
The site belongs to Patricia Teixeira, who works professionally as Vera Teixeira, a real estate broker registered with CRECI SP 236243, operating in São Paulo, SP. The site and the system that receives your contact details are run on her behalf by Vortiq, who follows only her instructions. To reach us, use the email vera@corretoravera.com.br or the WhatsApp link at the end of this page.
2. What the site is, and what it is not
The site exists to present developments, describe the area and open a direct line of conversation with Vera. Nothing on it is an offer, proposal, reservation or contract. No unit is sold, reserved or priced here. The purchase of a property is formalized only with the developer, in its documents, after a personal conversation.
The official material for each development is the developer's: the descriptive specification, the price table, the floor plans and the registration of the development with the real estate registry. If this site and the official material differ, the official material prevails.
3. Information about the developments
During the pre-launch, the information is preliminary. The address, areas, number of en-suite bedrooms, tower height, floor plans, prices, terms and deadlines may be changed by the developer until the official launch, and some of them will only be announced then. Images, renderings and maps are illustrative. Always confirm with Vera, and in the official material, before making any decision.
4. The private list and the forms
Signing up is free. By signing up, you ask to receive news of a development through the contact details you left, and you authorize Vera to contact you for that. You can leave the list whenever you want, through the link in each message or by writing to the contacts in item 1.
To sign up, you must be 18 or older and provide true details that are your own. Do not sign anyone else up without their permission. What we collect, what for and for how long is in the Privacy Policy.
5. Permitted use
You may browse, read, share the site's links and use the contact channels to talk to Vera. The following is not allowed:
- using the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or one that harms third parties;
- sending false data, data of third parties without their permission, or mass messages through the forms;
- copying, reproducing, modifying or redistributing the site's content without written permission;
- using bots, scrapers or any automated means to extract content or overload the site;
- trying to bypass the protections of the site, the form or the system that receives the contact details.
We may block access or discard sign-ups that breach these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, illustrations, layout and code of the site belong to Vera Teixeira, to their authors or to third parties who licensed them, and are protected by copyright law. The Cyrela brand, and the brands and names of the developments, belong to Cyrela and to their respective owners, and appear here only to identify the developments that Vera handles. The map of the area uses open data, credited in the section where it appears. None of these rights is transferred to you by using the site.
7. Third-party links and services
The site has links and buttons to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and the Cyrela website. By using them, you come under the terms and policies of those services, which we do not control. Videos are loaded from the youtube-nocookie.com domain only if you click to watch.
8. Availability and liability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it online, accurate and secure, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, the absence of errors or that the content is always up to date. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the site's preliminary information, nor for failures of third-party services, of the connection or of your equipment. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law guarantees you, including Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.
9. Personal data and cookies
The processing of your personal data follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies and measurements only happen with your consent, given in the cookie banner, and are described in the Cookie Policy. Both policies are part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change when the site changes. The date at the top shows the version in force. Material changes are highlighted on the page, and the forms start recording the new version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you agree to the version in force.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, SP, are chosen as the forum, except that the forum of your place of residence applies where consumer protection law so guarantees.
